WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
At Ottodecor, we use multiple shipping methods to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Our estimated processing and delivery time is between 1 to 4 weeks.
Please note that due to carrier and customs delays in recent years, these times are estimates. We cannot refund or cancel orders already in transit due to delays beyond our control.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Any taxes, duties, or carrier fees are included free of charge.
WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS TRACKING DELAYS?
Tracking delays can occur due to customs or carrier handling. A delay in tracking updates does not mean your package is lost.
We cannot offer refunds or cancellations while orders are in transit due to carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
Please be patient, and if you have questions about your shipment, contact us anytime.
RETURN POLICY:
If you wish to return an item, a non-refundable restocking fee of 15% applies to cover labor costs for shipping, inspection, and repackaging.
All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Ottodecor reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item shows signs of misuse or damage.
Contact us before returning any item to receive return instructions. Returns must be shipped and postmarked within 30 days of delivery.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
To start a return, email support@ottodecor.com within 30 days of delivery with your proof of purchase and photos of the item in original packaging and with the shipping label. We will provide a prepaid return label.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7-20 business days to the original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and order number.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN?
We package with care, but sometimes damage occurs during shipping. Email photos of the damaged item and your order number to support@ottodecor.com and we will arrange a replacement.
Please note that minor scratches from courier handling are not refundable or returnable, as they don’t affect use. For wood items, scratches can be touched up with a wood stain pen.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@ottodecor.com.
After 12 hours or once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed 7-20 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item and will be made to the original payment method.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL TRACKS AS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT?
If your package shows delivered but you haven’t received it, Ottodecor is not liable for lost or missing goods.
We can assist in filing claims with the carrier to try to locate the parcel.
Unclaimed or refused parcels are subject to return fees and will not be treated as canceled orders.

If hiring a professional for installation, please wait until your items are delivered to avoid scheduling issues due to shipping delays.
